Responsible for implementing TPM strategies, enhancing OEE, reducing downtime, leading continuous improvement activities, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and sustainable business results.
Job Description
Develop and execute TPM strategies aligned with business and plant objectives.
Lead TPM pillars, GEMBA Walks (LEAP), 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational performance.
Monitor and analyze KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR), conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
Coordinate planned maintenance activities and optimize maintenance strategies across production facilities.
Train and coach employees on TPM methodologies, Lean practices, and equipment care standards.
Manage TPM audits, documentation, visual management systems, and improvement tracking.
Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), quality requirements, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and sustainable business results.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, and equipment reliability practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant computer systems.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
