Job Overview
Provide comprehensive support for logistics operations by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and shipping agents. Monitor delivery schedules, track shipment status, and resolve any issues to ensure smooth and efficient cargo movement. Assist in preparing reports, processing invoices, and supporting compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements, while contributing to overall operational efficiency and service reliability.
Job Description
Handle courier & local shipments and ensure timely delivery of cargo
Prepare and update monthly shipment reports for accountability tracking
Assist in Extension and Close File applications for Repair & Return shipments
Support Marine Insurance applications for import shipments (if required)
Process vendor and forwarding/shipping agent invoices in ERP system
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
Minimum 3 years of administrative/support experience, preferably in manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/MES system experience is desirable
Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
Good written and verbal communication; team- and customer-oriented
Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional languages are a plus)
Committed to safety, ethics, and continuous improvement
