Job Description
Support and implement the company’s Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies and programs, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Investigate and report on incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts or conditions, driving root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and improve safe operating procedures for equipment and processes.
Prepare and submit periodic SHE compliance reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
Participate in emergency response planning, drills, and incident reviews to foster a proactive safety culture.
Continuously evaluate and recommend areas for improvement to operational processes, equipment reliability, and SHE performance.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the direct superior or company directors.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical).
Minimum 2 years of experience in an SHE, safety or engineering position within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Solid understanding of SHE management systems, compliance standards (ISO 14001/45001), and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of process safety management, incident investigation, and risk assessment methodologies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of working with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
