Job Descriptions
Support business analysis, feasibility assessments, and market studies to aid strategic decision-making.
Prepare meeting materials and presentation decks for management reporting.
Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
Support annual budget preparation and financial planning activities.
Monitor and manage CAPEX spending throughout the financial year to ensure budget compliance.
Track CAPEX implementation progress and prepare completion and post-implementation reports.
Coordinate and follow up on all company secretarial matters to ensure regulatory compliance.
Perform ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business planning, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
Strong Excel modeling skills and experience with financial planning tools or ERP systems; proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization is preferred.
Analytical mindset with attention to details, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Prior experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or business partnering is an advantage.
